Do you need any licences to buy wholesale video games and then resell them on ebay, and if so how do i get them.

You do not need a license to sell on eBay.
By the way,I know a company who do wholesale and dropship video games business,and they take paypal.Hope it helps your business.

Um I don’t think so you can get wholesale games easy search online and if you have a buisness go ask the manufactures
