January 24, 2010Because PayPal withheld my money for 21 days, the next time I sell or advertise an item on Ebay, do you think it would be a good idea to wait 21 days for the payment to go into my bank account before I order and dropship the items to my customers?
it’s paypals new policy to wait until the buyer confirms the delivery and if the item is as described in categories where there has been a lot of fraud or if you have low feedback(less than 100 positive) if you wait 21 days to send you will get your money 42 days late, read their terms and conditions

No, not if you want repeat customers. Your argument is with Paypal not your customer. The customer has paid Paypal and deserves to get the item promptly.

21 days is not normal. money usually clears within 2 days
you uare going to piss off a lot of peoiple if you wait that long to ship every time
you should be shipping as soon as it shows completed in your Paypal acct - you have to physically tell Paypal to transfer it to your bank acct - they shouldn’t have to wait that long
if you are going to wait that long - you better let your customers know up front, which I guarantee will lose you lots of sales, because no one will want ot wait that long to receive teh items
