Can a friend manage an online store?

Hello,

I want to open a dropship store on eBay but I want my friend to manage it is there a way for him to login without my password?

Basicly he can have a Store under my username but without him login in with my password as well login into my supplier website to buy with my credit card?

I dont know if you all know what I mean but I hope somebody can help me out with this.

Is there a software/program to get multiple workers on my eBay site? Pretty sure there should be cause how do online stores get there workers to manage emails and sales also shipping

I am not aware of any way other than using the required password with ebay, we have been on ebay for a long time.
The problem with other ways to sign in is that opens up more areas for hackers and such to enter.
