accidently shipped 2 items to my ebay buyer? | eBay Vendors
post Category: ebay dropship — admin @ 12:13 pm — post

I use a dropship company and they had suspended an order I placed for my ebay buyer due to the item being out of stock. I called to make sure the order was cancled which it was and placed another order of the same item to be shipped once it was back in stock. Today they charged me 2 times for the item and now my buyer is going to recieve 2 items. The company can not refund me because it has already been shipped out how can I ask my buyer to ship the item back with postage covered? GOD THIS IS TERRIBLE

You gambled and you lost. Complain to the dropship company, and say it was their error. Ask the buyer to return the item to you, at your expense, and sell it again.

Horaayy..there are 2 comment(s) for me so far ;)

On a 1-to-10 scale of "terrible" things that could happen to you, this is about a 0-point-something. Just relax and *deal*.

E-mail your buyer, explain that there was a mixup, and ask him to send the second item back either to you or directly to the company. Yes, you may have to eat the postage cost on this one. Worse things have happened.
