Can you get into trouble with this dropshipper?

ok i went to a site..im not going to say the name though and they are a dropshipping site and they have cell phones and dvds on their site that sell for a good price. i noticed a lot of people are selling them on ebay and i thought it was a legit site but i also noticed a lot of people asking questions and the site is saying they are high quality replicas..so if people are selling them on ebay, can they get into trouble for that?

You could sell replicas on ebay, unless they are crappy replicas.
