start a webpage with dropship and paypal?

Okay so I want to start a website

first I need a host (preferably free or really cheap)

I have a few dropship sites I plan on using, but then I would like to conect that with my paypal account….how do I do that?

I’ve never made anything like this before, but I really need to do this as soon as possible.
